Bed and breakfast accommodation is also available in en-suite accommodation on campus at a rate of 30 GBP per night.

Cheque Payment Only

Cheques can only be accepted in pounds sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Please ensure that you have answered all the required questions. Then, press the Submit Form button (at the bottom of this form) and mail your cheque (made out to "The University of Kent at Canterbury") to the Conference Secretary.

Company Order Only

Please ensure that you have answered all the required questions. Then, press the Submit Form button (at the bottom of this form) and mail your company order to the Conference Secretary. This order should be for "mmnet Summer School Registration" and should refer to any extras (e.g. nights). VAT is not chargeable on these items.

Cancellation

Cancellation by mail or fax is possible subject to a fee of 20% if received by 9th July 2004. After that date, no refunds will be made. A substitute participant can be named at any time.
